The driver picked us up at the hotel. He was on time and gave us exellent service during our drive and our time spent in both Auschwitz and Birkenau. He guided us to the enterance, explained everything we needed to know and waited for us while we had the tour in Auschwitz. He then drove us to Birkenau. He spoke English well and made our day exellent. I recomend this tour, it is firstly a good way to get to auschwitz, but the visit itself was educational and a need to experience tour. I highly recomend visiting Auschwitz- Birkenau and Kraków Trip.
Absolutely awesome experience. From booking, which I did way too late, to the actual tours, this was a perfect experience. Igor and Daniel were both awesome, fun and knowledgeable conversations about local history. Also, they spoke perfect English. I can not recommend this company enough. Auschwitz was, of course, a very sad and sobering experience. The salt mine was a much needed palate cleanser. I was concerned that the salt mine would be a bit too much of a tourist trap, and though it was touristic, it was an interesting and excellent experience.
What a brilliant, brilliant day! Really made our trip and lasting memories made. Superbly organised, excellent communication, attentive, kind and helpful driver Patrick, punctual and efficient. The salt mines were incredible, mind blowing and a feast for the eyes, whilst Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was respectful, educational, and something never to be forgotten.
